Defect or error not to make attachment unlawful
Section 466 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Defect or error not to make attachment unlawful) corresponds to Section 512 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in force from 1 July 2024.
512. No attachment made under this Sanhita shall be deemed unlawful, nor shall any person making the same be deemed a trespasser, on account of any defect or want of form in the summons, conviction, writ of attachment or other proceedings relating thereto.
